Discover our wines biodynamic...

The vineyard consists of the vines planted in 1994 on South East exposed slopes, in the Valley of the Yonne. From the beginning, we made the choice of respect for the soil and nature to offer you authentic wines that express their terroir clay-limestone dating from the Kimmeridgian (150 million years ago).

Discover our wines produced in the highest respect of the Aboriginal land: Burgundy along with Auxerre white, Burgundy along with Auxerre red, Ratafia, Burgundy along with Auxerre Rose, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Saint-Bris, brandy, Marc de Bourgogne, the Yonne cherries...

Organic farming and biodynamic cultivation

By this election, we are committed to respecting our land and our environment. This desire is expressed by different work that research balance and harmony between a preserved soil and his vineyard. Knowledge of each parcel and careful observation of the vines throughout the year are the most important features in order to obtain quality grapes.

Twice a year, we are controlled by quality France, an independent body that certifies the conduct of vines and work in the cellar according to the specifications of Organic Agriculture.
